i have on email sending project..(on credit card)(for call center)(if agent wants to send emauls to customer regarding the credit card they can use this application to send the mails)

i have docx file in which i have details of credit cards..

so when the agent selects the item from drop down list then the docx file of the respective credit card details should get displayed in Freetextbox text  with the same format as it is in saved file..

i am using freetextbox control bcoz agent can also change the format of text ,they can also add text to the file, and etc.

so when the agents clicked on any credit card the details should get displayed in the freetextbox text and agent can format..

How can i do that
