    Hello www.asp.net developers,

The new "Insert Code" control is totally different from the old one. I think the output is not the exact which I type in that. For example, if I add "bold" and "underline", the output comes with <b><u>Sample Text </u></b>. Don't I use it properly or anything else? I feel the old one was much better and user friendly! Anyways, thanks.

    Cheers,

With the new syntax highlighter control, adding formatting in your code block inserts the literal HTML and not the formatting.

My suggestion would be to refer to line numbers, or paste the code in plain without the syntax highligher and use the rich text editor's formatting controls.

We are planning on updating to a new version of the highlighter, and we'll see what new/different functionality that gives us.
