    I am trying to export to PDF format using Crystal Reports Version 12 in VS 2005. Is there any setup in CR to do that? Thanks.

    From CrystalReportViewer's properties, set DisplayToolbar to true and set ShowExportButton to true. These property displays toolbar and Export button in Crystal Report when it is generated.

    Using Export button on CR, you can export report in various formats.
