The image you posted of the error message doesn't give us much to go on; only that an error occurred during install.
You can help us out by getting more info about the error(s) by doing the following...
Start>Run, type "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and then click OK.
Look in the Application and System sections for errors related to the MS Installer and/or VWD. If you find one, right click and select 'Properties'. This should give the text of the error message, and the error code. If there is a hyperlink like http://---/fwkink/events.asp , click it to see if there is any further info at Windows Help and Support.
Givce us the text of the actual error message(s) and associated arror code(s).
Don't try to reinstall just yet! Doing so may cause more problems than it fixes. Let's see what's going on, first.
