Is anyone else having problems getting logged in or posting?  Seems like my posts go to a moderator now, where they used to post directly.  Also, my previous Id  "FunLuckyKitty", won't login.  I've sent in a password reset request DAILY for the last week, but still haven't received the reset email.  ARGH..

    Hi,

since last week there's an update that integrates windows live ID to this site. However you can still use your old credentials to login. For the mail not being received, well I suggest you check out your spam box as it might got caught in there (happened to me in the past).

    Grz, Kris.

    FlowerKitty:

That would make sense if you are using a new account.

That would typically mean you are using the wrong email address, or the email being sent out is caught in your spam filter.  Please the site's Contact form, linked to from the bottom of each page, to report this issue and we can resolve it for you.

I've double checked my spam filter, (thought the same thing), but still no luck.  Is there a way to update the email my original ID was set up with?  You see, that email is an older one that I no longer use..  I'd rather have my "funluckykitty" account with my new email.    I completed the contact form a couple days ago too.

I've now replied to your support request and we can work this out via that avenue.

Where do I go to see your reply to my support request?  I've looked at my inbox for this user, but don't see any messages.  I'd really like to get my other account "funluckykitty" back online.  :-)

There isn't a way for you to view it, AFAIK.  The interaction is through email.  I replied to the email address which you had entered in the contact form.

Please send me a PM (via the Contact link on this post), containing your username and email address information and I can work with you that way.
