Looking for a senior developer for our E-commerce group.
Must have experience in ASP.NET, VB/C# (we use VB though). 10+ years experience in programming/software development

We are a MSFT/MOSS and SAP fortune 500 shop and we are looking to turn our brick and mortar sales into internet sales. If you have e-commerce experience; especially getting a program off the ground that also hooks into SAP, then you are head and shoulders above the rest.
We have a small team that you would be the leader of. Opportunity to grow and become a manager if the candidate is right. We want someone who has a good mix between understanding business processes, very strong technical skills and can act as a mentor for the rest of the group, someone who has a good personality (passionate, outspoken, leader) and someone who has some UI design skills. You don't have to be an artist but you should understand how to make an interface clean, simple, useable and easy to understand.
I know this is a lot to ask but that's why you would get paid the big bucks. We want a badass. Job is mon-friday 8-5pm and you would have to relocate to Reno.
