I am currently developing a website in dreamweaver where i will then be using asp.net to carry out certain functionaility within the website
I should have gone down the route with visual studio to develop but im deep into the project so i wanted to know if it is possible to get controls similar to those used in visual express into dreamweaver.
e.g. button controls with server side operations

Some people use DreamWeaver to create their html, and then move it across to VS to make it work. But there is no reason why you can't add normal asp.net server controls to your DW files. You just won't get any Intellisense, drag and drop, automatic iwring
up of event handlers etc. In fact, you could write your entire ASP.NET application using Notepad (if you ever found watching paint dry too stimulating....)

I have some free Dreamweaver extensions for adding ASP.NET server controls. I also have Dreamweaver Silverlight extensions too.
You can download them for free here:
Hope they help.
