Hi every one,
I have a problem with my content page i create a css file in my root directory. i give link to that css file in master page with the help of link tag.there is no link tag support in content page so how to set the style of the asp control's and html control's
of the content page
please help me thanks in advance

you should be able to refer to your css file in the content page as well.
try adding ur link tag after the <asp: Content ....> tag

you do not need to worry about placing or referencing css link tag again in content page...
once you placed the css link tag in masterpage.. it will automatically applied to all the content page which uses that masterpage..

Thanks for your support
Its working now from the master page but the size of text is not changing other property is working like background color and text color all are working fine but not the size
i define the text as font-size:16px; in css its not working i try this with some different size but it is not working

Ther eis no doubt at all that once you provide link for CSS in your masterpage then all pages in contentplaceholeders containing that masterpage will be having all styles defined in that CSS class file,
then also if you want some style to be defined only for that particular content of any page then you can write folowing type of code in that:
