After you get Linq provider for oracle, you need to configure the Dynamic data website to use the new linq provider instead of using the SQL2005/2000 provider.This is the part that i don't know how how it can be done.

I was wondering if there is a way to use the Dynamic Data Website in 3.5 with Oracle as its database?

The dotConnect provider supports: Oracle, MySQL, Postgres and SQLite. Note these are commercial products but trials do exist.

You need to find oracle linq provider , there is an open source project(DbLinq ) that provides a lot of linq providers for many databases,
Also, you may find this thread helpful.
