I have been interested in the next version of this project...with that said I couldn't deal with the "code fouls" or VB.  I'm currently converting the project in it's current state to c# and going from there.  I doubt that helps this cause but I'll help out where I can!

Are you serious?  Read just a hand full of the posts here and/or on codeplex.

Quite serious. Whilst the only post I can recall on this forum just bewailed the lack of support, the posts on the CodePlex site, seemed to be mainly about installation issues.

I would therefore be very interested in your opinion as to the key points needing fixing in CSK and preferably in some order of priority. Currently there are only two testers interested in an updated CSK. I am trying to organise some developers to collaborate in fixing CSK. Are you voluteering to organise the effort and to help with the development?

It seems that allot of folks are trying to install this on godaddy, I would like to see that if someone has a full blown install on goddady that they post a how to or something along those lines, it seems that there are just so many takers and so few givers in this domain.

     :)

That is an excellent idea. I (or hopefully someone with more time on their hands) will add that to the todo list.

    Tat,

See what I mean, you will have 15000 downloads and next to nothing in terms of uploads if and when you take this project on again.

     :)

Like I said earleir, I don't mind helping out but not at the expensive of sleep or family... so if you are going to do this I would be willing to help but at my own pace of course.

    :)

Well in the end perhaps this mule has run its course, if you want we could just open the codeplex project and start slowly. People who wish to race can do so on thier own, it did take Rome centuries to get too big for its own britches.

     :)

Besides,  I am not really looking forward to spending so much time learning something that will be obsolete in 2 years, that is one of the big drawbacks for so called old timers like me.

Remember, what you learn today will be obsolete the moment you step out of the academic world unless you plan to teach that is.
