Using Microsoft Outlook 2003, C#/.Net.
I have the next problem with my VSTO Add-id.
I trying to set flagIcon for each new message and save it.
And when I test it with many messages, one of them gets the next exception "The function cannot be performed because the message has been changed".
When I wait before saving 2,3 or 20 seconds this problem occurs too.
I know exactly that I save only 1 message in same time and each message I save only one time. Can somebody help me?

I am also facing the same issue. The only difference is that I am saving the item programmatically in the Write event. The strange thing is that the issue is not seen on any of the development environments but only one of the several production environments.
We are using Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8202) SP3.
Could you highlight the causes that might be causing this issue? Could there be any policy on the Exchange or the client that would be preventing the item from being saved from an add-in?
