  Hi,

  I'm looking for an experienced developer with very strong skills in:

  • <div mce_keep="true">ASP.NET/C# version 3.5</div>
  • <div mce_keep="true">SQL Server 2000/2005/2008</div>
  • <div mce_keep="true">Excellent communication skills</div>
  • <div mce_keep="true">Extremely organized</div>
  • <div mce_keep="true">Very punctual -- no missed deadlines</div>
  • <div mce_keep="true">Competitive rates</div>

  The hiring process involves three steps:

  1. <div mce_keep="true">Inital testing to understand developer's capabilities i.e. multiple tests</div>
  2. <div mce_keep="true">Application development on a part time basis for the next two weeks</div>
  3. <div mce_keep="true">Full time for job for 1-2 months</div>

  If the developer successfully completes all three steps, there's a good chance for full time opportunity on a long term basis.
