I am in plan to create an data driven web site that maintains details about entity.
For example : - Suppose Administrator maintains details about employee like Payroll details, Leave details and also Related documents. I just wanted to create similar portal that helps administrator to help in maintaining this details online.
I wanted to create similar portal for administrator in manufacturing industry that contains tool information along with documents and visuals.
Please suggest me the best possible way to start with.
