Hi, I work at JUST (Jordan University Of Science And Technology), and whenever i try to access your website (www.asp.net or forums.asp.net) from work the
page keeps loading then I get a timeout error. I've asked our network admins if your site was blocked by our filter, and they told me that it wasn't and that your site blocks access from our network. I'm an ASP.Net Developer and I've ran into many issues that
only your site has answers to, so could you please check if there is any kind of BAN or Block on our university's IP.
Hope to hear from you soon, and thanks in advance :).

Weird! I dont think if this site blocks your network (but who knows?).. Can you verify the problem to your network Admin, maybe the site was really blocked from your network.

Try clearing your browser cache.

I've asked them, and they say that the problem isn't from our side, they even configured my PC to bypass the University's Proxy and Filter, and it still didn't open up. When I try to open up the site, the browser keeps trying to load the page, and after
a while it gives a timeout error.
i think our university's public IP is 188.8.131.52 but i'm not sure.

firstname.lastname@example.org: This problem is not limited to my PC only, this happens from whichever PC I use in the university.

There is no block in place for your universities IP/Network.
What happens if you try to access the forum site by its IP (http://184.108.40.206/) ?

Thanks, I'll try it on sunday, we finished working for the day, and our weekend is Friday and Saturday.
I hope it works.

Ok, I've tried it today and it didn't work. I've asked our admins again today and they say that the problem might be with your ISP blocking our IP. Could I trouble you to contact your ISP and ask them if they block our IP (220.127.116.11). the university
has other public IPs and they're not blocked.

When I spoof your University's IP I can get to www.asp.net just fine. It's not a perfect test, we have different routes and it may be blocked in between, but at least the
www.asp.net site or ISP connection doesn't seem to be blocking it.
