I have since discovered eukhost (www.eukhost.com) who assure me they can host the startup kits. Looking at their Windows Hosting setup options, they include the choice of SQL Server 2005 Express. They are also very reasonably
priced. I will investigate further and advise.
www.godaddy.com is what I use to host my club site. It's cheap, I think I only pay $40 a year but their support is not all that great. If you're a experience web developer then this will probably be the best way to go
if you want to save money just comes with hassels setting it up.

Does anyone have a list of hosting companies who can host the club site?
Most "low cost" hosters only support MySQL or Access

I know that 1&1 has SQL support. But I think you need to get the $19.99 a month package to get it.

The company we use for hosting the Club website is UK1host they set ours up.
They are a small company and helped us out where they could.

Any host that supports ASP.NET 2.0 and Microsoft SQL Server can host it. You could modify the code to use MySQL or Access if you needed to.
