I couldn't figure out the best place to post this question so I thought I'd post it here. Recommendations on a better place to post this question would be cool.
Anyway . . . I want to start a church website and would like to know which starter kit I should start with. I want a calendar, pictures, administrator role and just a general all around website for a church. Thanks in advance for any input.
This is how many people start to learn dynamic web development. They have an interest, and a need, but can't find anything that is spot on in tune with their needs, so they have to make do with what they can get then modify it. All that you want to add
is relatively easy, once you know how.
I would start with the Club Starter Kit, there are a couple of different versions now but I would check out the
codeplex kit as it's constantly being maintained.

Have a look at all of them and see which one has the most relevant features, but the Club Site kit may be the one.

I'd like to add I would also like to take in prayer request (forms page) and have the information emailed (?) to someone.
Thanks for your response. I took a look at them and just couldn't decide. I did think one of the club starters might be for me.
