Whenever I try to view my project from Visual Studio 05 it takes around 4 1/2 minutes for it to come up in IE and IE displays two tabs everytime, the first tab will not show anything and just displays, "Connecting..." in the tab and the second tab may show the project but IE will stay in a frozen state for 4 1/2 minutes after that it will show my project. It does this on any project I try to run and this occurs if I am viewing the page with the ASP.Net Development server or on a remote server with IIS. Now if I put the url in IE then it pulls right up, this only occurs if I click the View in Browser button or the Start Debugging Button. Any ideas?

Did you install SP1 for vs.net 2005?

Yes, my version number is: 8.0.50727.867 (vsvista.05727-8600)

 Which should be SP1 and the Vista patch.

I did that, this problem occurs on all projects irregardless of being on the local machine or hosted on a remote server.

Just in case anyone else has this problem, I solved it by uninstalling VS08 and then reinstalled it.
