    Hi,

I split this post to which you replied to this forum.

When you want to post a new question you go to a forum that you think that suits best to get an answer to your question. For example http://forums.asp.net/15.aspx. Just above the questions (threads) on the left you'll see a button "Write a new post". Once you clicked that you can enter a subject and an actual question. In the beginning you're under moderation which means that your question comes in a queue until it's approved by a moderator like me. This is to ensure that the thread itself gets moved to the best possible location to get decent answers. We're unpaid volunteers but try do to our best to get all queues cleared out. So if you don't see your post appearing directly don't worry, things will get handled. Just give it a bit of time. If the post gets moved and you don't see it in the forum you originally posted it in then you can check out the "My Posts" in the right upper corner. Frankly I mostly start navigating the forums that way myself.

Good luck and enjoy your stay in the great community of which I'm proud to be a member of.

    Grz, Kris.

Read my blog | Members are volunteers so please keep out the (it's urgent | asap | reply me directly) stuff. Nobody's interested in that.
