    Hi Frndz,

why am I getting this error on deploying it? It runs fine locally. what can be the problem on server side? is the version problem? pl elaborate it. what steps should i take to avoid this kind of error again in future deployments???

ERROR [42000] [MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver][mysqld-4.0.24-nt]You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '('2/5/2008','%m/%d/%Y') and call_end <= (str_to_date('5/15/2008

    Thanks

i think you are using MySql with Asp.Net. On server mySql may be not installed so request your server provider to install mySQL driver.

The first reply is exactly correct, however I did want mention that they should install the ODBC 3.52 Driver specifically as the newer .NET drivers aren't called the same, and won't work with the 4.024 database.

Also why are you using the 4.024 database, mysql is at 5.1.
