    if VS2008 express doesn't on Windows 2000, how to solve this? can be upgrade or something?

    Answer

    Sorry, only XP SP2, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server and Vista are supported platform for .NET 3.5 and VWD 2008.
