    Hi,

     Im currently running a consolidated V3.5 architecture. Recently my users begin to complain that they are unable to receive emails from a particular domain where they received emails before. I've checked and confirm that the domain is whitelisted on our server.

     

    Any advice much appreciated. Thank you, Danny

    Any NDR  message?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.There is no NDR , the emails are disappeared.

    We are not able to locate the emails from both ends.

    Hi danny,

        Could you please try to check your edge transport log on edge server and using toolbox-> Message Tracing tools on hub server? It might give some useful information.

    Oh, you are running on HMC3.5, not 4.0.

    1. Try to ask this domain user to send some mails with large attachment, then check SMTP queues in Queue Viewer;

    2. Enable Message Tracking and Logging, check tracking info in Message Tracking Center.
