Just for curiosity's sake, what was the answer to the problem? Perhaps you could post a link to the iis forum where you found the answer in case people are googling this problem and get to the end of this thread just to have to back out again.

Uh, I don't know. I guess it depends on what country you are operating in. Look at the youtube website - I'm sure there's a distribution clause. Whether its enforceable where you are is another matter. That's a legal question and this is a technical
forum so you are kind of skating on thin ice here. I can't give you an opinion as to the legality of what you propose.
I can tell you that it would be rude, unethical and immoral to download someone else's content and then charge for it. Illegal? Who knows. I don't know if you can buy a license to charge for it, and from a business point of view, why would someone pay
to see youtube on your website when they can get it from youtube for free?
I'm pretty sure you can post links to youtube free of charge, but again check their main site and make sure of that for yourself. Who knows, if you have original content they may trade links with you.
