Hi everyone: 

my environment: windows vista, vs2008
proble description: 
every page file(*.aspx) has a group of  *.TMP files(increasing) , and the TMP files could not be deleted (I'm under administrator account, when I try to delete them, an error message that I don't have the privilege will pop up) even vs2008 is closed.   I've tried to delete them in vs2008, too , vs2008 prompt deletion is successful, but in fact the files are still there.  the tmp files made my project folder very terrible, the only thing I can do is restart the os, enter safe mode,  then delete them, but shortly , new ones are generated again.

Is there anyone could help me? Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen this behavior. Are you using an FTP Website?

No.  it's just a small project I create myself in my hard disk.
since this...... I think maybe there is no better way than reinstall my OS , if I am the only one facing such problem.

after being a technologer and developer for years, I still found reinstalling OS is the best way in most mysterious senarios sadly.

no, but I've installed a vs2003, maybe it's vs2003 that cause the problem?
.it's reasonable, vista doesn't compatiable with vs2003 well.
