I just got a new rocking XPS m1730 laptop.  Everything runs really fast except for when I first try and debug an asp.net application.  I'm using the ASP.NET Development server.  Once it displays the website it runs and debugs fine.  I've tried a really simple app and it still has the same problem. I have tried doing some research on it but I can't find anyone with the same problem. Both VS2005 and VS2008 are having the same problems. Any ideas?

I don't think this is the problem because I am getting this delay on brand new web site with just one label.  The build actually happens fairly quickly and once this "connecting" is done the debugger works fast also.  I'm just not sure what it is doing for about 30 seconds.  Is there any logging that can be enabled for the ASP.NET development server?

At somepoint of the past month or so it just started working.  I'm not sure if there was an update that patched the problem or what.  Now when I hit "run" the website starts and displays right away.
