I get this error when trying to print the Printer Friendly calendar in beta 3.1

    Server Error in '/' Application.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Using themed css files requires a header control on the page. (e.g. <head runat="server" />).
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.InvalidOperationException: Using themed css files requires a header control on the page. (e.g. <head runat="server" />).

I saw this same error on the Issues Tracking section at CodePlex but the vague, cavalier explanation of the fix" did not work for me.

Is there any way I can get the real fix and know whether it uses quotes or not?  Has any body else out there fixed this problem?  If you have, could you tell me how you did it? And perhaps present it in a way that is understandable and accurate?

If the attack is going well, it probably means you are walking into an ambush.
