    What do you mean?

If you are talking about deploying a web application to a web server so that you can access it over the internet, you can use the PUBLISH WEB SITE option to do this.

Right click on your web site and select publish web site. From this screen you can publish it to your local IIS/FTP or remote site.

Cassini is restricted to processes local requests only (coming from http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1) so the simple answer to your question is: you can't. You should be using IIS for this purpose.

You should be able to run IIS from your local XP/Vista client, but if you intend to use it more than once or twice, it is recommended to deploy it on a Windows Server (2003).

Oh man, this is way beyond the scope of ASP.NET. This is a pure network thing. I doubt that your PC at work is exposed to the internet directly. There are network concepts such as gateways and firewalls that you need to understand to get this running. In order to get your IIS running on the internet, you need to have a server that is connected to the net, and accessible from outside the corporate network. Typically you buy some space at a hosting company where you can put your web, and their servers are always available online.
