Do you want to bind the Image Dynamically from Server Side Code?
On the Page: <img id="logoImage" runat="server">
in the server side code:
logoImage.src="path to the logo";

oh yeah, so you want to stamp the images with your Logo.
This is called Merging/Joining images in Image Processing. It is done through GDI.
There is a good Article about Merging images. read this:
you better download the code also.

THanks your link helped me
But I am saying like layers in one layer large image will be displayed over that another image (logo) will be plased ,not like image writing because we cannot do this operation in asp.net and this is not a one time update ,every time new images comes this
operatons mast be called

I understand your problem you are interested in the image layering aspect as well correct? What you need to do is keep the objects seperate in the database and keep the originals. that way if you want to add something in the future you can re-bind everything
to get what you want.
I am looking for something similar, but for me it is a web project and I want the objects to always be kept seperate. I don't know how it is possible yet. But that logic should solve your problem.
