ODBC Error Message - HY001 System resource exceeded

I have a page that was working but now I am getting the following errors.

I am uploading a text file to a MS SQL 2000 database using an ODBC driver. Here is the code:

Before when this happened a reboot of the sql server resolved the problem. That's not working this time and it's certainly not a practical solution.

Any suggestions?

Actually my description of where the error is occuring is not quite correct. The page copies a text file to the specified directory and then attempts to return the top 5 rows to display them on the page to confirm the format is correct. This is where the error occurs. The file is copied but the error is generated when trying to return the top 5 rows.

Hi,
After Long Watch,i found this error will occur mostly when you are using "*" in your query.may be you also know it is considered as bad programming practice,so just remove "*" from sql query and define fields explicit;y like
select "field1,field2...."
i hope this will solve your problem
