I need to "freeze" the headers for a webforms
gridview using vb.net and sql server 2005.
I have found no documentation or articles that explain how to accomplish this using the
ASP.NET 2.0 ...
Can Any One Help Me......
If Possible Give Me Full Code.

This is not possible "out of the box" with asp.net 2.0. However you can create one table to serve as heading and beneath it add <div style="width=100px; height: 100px; overflow: scroll;"></div> and inside put your gridview.
This is not perfect but is usable. Better approach would be to use repeater instead of gridview to generate table with tablebody, and then set same style to tablebody.

i also faced same problem and got a result its not possible.
when we are trying to freeze gridview header its only possible with the use of html table, but the problem is if ur gridview is generated dynamically means some time it have 3 columns and some time more than 3.
