I am getting this error too, so I followed your advice above, but it is still not working. I have installed a few different versions of Enterprise LIbrary, but I am still getting the error with each one I try.
Does anyone have any other ideas/solutions please?

Hi,
You have to add the Data.dall reference to your solution.
The Data.dll exist in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Enterprise Library 3.1 - May 2007\Bin\Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.Data.dll
Thanks
