<div mce_keep="true">If only you could make the color of read and unread posts a bit more distinctive, it would be really great. Previously, I just had to scroll down pretty quick to see which posts are unread, but now I have to look very carefully, stressing
my overly stressed eyes. </div>
<div mce_keep="true">Under the avatar image in replies and posts, it says "Loading..." . What is it loading by the way? - This seems to be fixed now.</div>
<div mce_keep="true">The website was even slower than its original. - It seems to have improved now.</div>
<div mce_keep="true">I will keep updating this post as I come up with new pointers.</div>
Other than that, the new baby is cool. I really like it.
We're gotten a lot of feedback on the read/not read posts so I'm sure we'll be improving that to make it easier to distinguish at a glance. The need has definitely been logged.
The "Loading..." issue was resolved this morning.
And you'll see an announcement regarding this morning's website slowness soon.
It's nice to hear some positive feedback on the redesign, thanks!
I always like change and as you know...whatever you do, there will always be 50% people who will like it and 50% who dont (I have read a lot of -ve feedback also). The speed of the site seems to be fine now, and I am hoping to see some popular features to
be back in some sections (like the My Posts section).
Hi, please be sure to look at Simon Muzio's post:
This morning and the www.asp.net site. This will give you some information on the site's slowness this morning as we attempted to launch an entire redesigned site.
I have been receiving email notifications of any changes in the posts, for example, a reponse, but I don't see the reponse anymore in the email body. Its just blank. [*-)]

Hi,
I don't see any clipping but on the other hand I'm also browsing this with a resolution of 1400 * 1050.

I too believe there is some clipping on the code formatted with the Source Code editor. Check this thread http://forums.asp.net/t/1102183.aspx
In the first post by rainerh, there a couple of characters missing in line <asp:CommandField ButtonType......at the end
Thanks

The problem looks to be that when pre/nowrap content is rendered that is too wide, the horizontal scrollbar does not appear and the content clips.
previously, resizing my browser would cause the h-scroll to come ang go.
thanks for the report

There is a known issue with emails viewed with a Gmail client.
