I got the program to work in the batch mode in the DOS window. It converts all the files in a directory. It creates them as a VS2003 project, which then has to be converted to a VS2005 project. 'm now looking at the output trying to decipher what it did.

I see a lot of "PHP.TypeSupport" in the files and am trying to figure out if this is a C#  or VS class to support PHP constructs...
