Hi I am pretty new to this and was wondering if this is possible.....
1. I need to create 3 Items.aspx type pages. I have a catalogue and need to create 3 different catagories, but they need to all display the products in the same format.

Take a look at this example. I'm assuming you want to filter products by Category. In this example Employee Title is used for filter records

Take a look at this example. I'm assuming you want to filter products by Category. In this example Employee Title is used for filter records
