    I downloaded the tool, but when I go to File > Open > Convert it gives me an option for Java conversion or for 2005 upgrade.  But it does not give me the option for the new PHP converter.

     Any ideas how to get it to show up?

    I'm having the same problem. Installation goes ok, but it doesn't show up. Does it not work with VS2005?

    I got same issue, so rather than using vs2005, i went an installed vs2003 and then re installed the migration assist and then i could see the migration assist option for php to asp .net under File -> open -> convert
