  ok, my application has to upload file from my computer disk to web server that uploads files I have created a webform I used <input type="file" id="File1" name="File1" runat="server" /> I want to type the path of my file in the text box to be uploaded when I click on the UpLoad button automatically, I can pass the value of the button but I can't set the path in the textbox , so how can I do that or is there any other way to do this thanks in advance

  Can I use this My.Computer.Network.UploadFile("<LocalPath>", "<HostPath>") to upload the file from my computer to the server If yes what is the hostpath supposed to be I have read the example on the msdn but I dont understand its hostpath I mean how to creat like this path

  hello I'm using Visual Studio 2005 full version but the problem is when I do file then new project and then choose the tamplet in this window I don't find the "location" lable or the "solution" lable in the new project window I do repair to the Visual Studio 2005 but it still the same problem thanks alot
