Re: How to prepare a Widget as Service
I am trying to create a widget in asp(classic) something similar to Google AdSense, where in some data from my database can be passed on to the user's website (registered with my website) A javascript will be embeded in the user's website where this widget will show my data. Can anyone please show me some examples of server side asp script which will fetch the data from my database (MS-Access) and pass to the user's website.

Re: How to Run .aspx on WindowsAdvanceServer-2000
No not using Visual Studio presently. I have been using Frontpage for the asp development with coding. I had earlier also tried to install this dotnetfx , but i get the following error : "Setup cannot cont. because this ver. of the .Net Framework is incompatible with a previously installed one. For more info, see http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q312/5/00.asp"

How to Run .aspx on WindowsAdvanceServer-2000
I had developed websites on asp classic. Now since my hosting server has migrated to .Net, certain features of asp are not supported on .Net. I want to write webpages on .aspx now on my existing development-server i.e. WINDOWS-ADVANCE-SERVER-2000. How can i develop .aspx pages on it. Which softwares/service-packs, etc., are to be installed on Win-2000 to achieve it with ease. I am also using MS-SQL server on it as the database. What problems should i anticipate while upgrading to .net features. Can
