You can associate stored procedure to SqlDataSource by setting the CommandType property of the select/insert/update/delete

  Hi, There might be 2 reasons why you are getting this error. 1. You are reading a row where 1 or more of field(s) in the select query are null or empty and you are trying to cast them to a specific data type. 2 . Or you are using an invalid cast for a database field.
