java servlet or wcf
Hi, I hope I'm in the right forum... I have to develope an independent unit , to sit in the webserver and perform a little task when called. The problem is that some webservers will be iis, and the others are not... tomcat , etc... I thought to make a java servlet or jsp page, since java is independent. Although it is independent, I think that it is a big deal to run it on iis. I know that wcf should also be kind of independent, but can I run it on tomcat ? I will be very happy to get an advice

Hi there , since microsoft "killed" the l2s project and recommends on l2e... wonder what about the linq 2 xml - microsoft will continue supporting it ? Are you recommending to use it for working with xml instead of xpath ? Thanks a lot for any answer.

Encoding Problem
Hi there, I have an aspx page that contains a dynamic title content, that is being changed on server side. I'm doing: Page.Title = ... according to parameters that are being sent...
