• Opening .avi in VS2005

  hi , My project is in VS2005. I need to open a .avi file that has been stored in a dir ., and play on click of a link ( Say name of a file) . How can i do this in VS2005. Is their any one to give suggestion. i couldnt find proper codes in .net forums.

  Hi, Your code playing the video for me. But is i make the Object tag as runat="server" ., the respective Id is not recognized in the code behind. I need to give the file name in runtime. how can i change the code?.

• Ajax Updatepanel not working in development server.

  hi , My project is using VS2008. Am using updatepanel for handling page refreshments. In my project ., once the mails has been send am giving an alert saying "Emails sent" ., . This message comes in a Div that is under one update panel. This update panel is not getting updated once the mail has been sent. In my log file it seems to be everything is working fine. Only thing is it is not getting reflected in the webpage. I dont know why it is not working. Any clue?......... I have more than

  hi, But when i do this for me the Menu in the webpart to minimize /maximize is not coming up on the screen. My requirement is like : 1. Need to create a webpart without DB dependency. 2. It should perform the minimize max verbs atleast. kindly reply me if u have an idea. Regards, AimingBird.
