  I am having the same problem but I dont have Ms office installed on server system can I still use Interop.Excel assembly for reading excel files.

  I have an datallist and I am binding a collection object to it. one of the property of collection object is null and when I try to bind it to datalist it gives error Object reference not set to an instance of an object. It was working fine earlier. any clues.
