  i came across this.... username or 't'='t ---> in mthe username text box cud be used to hack an user's account....i founnd a remedy quickly thou....but is there any other way that my user's account or my database could be hacked...... general tips could be of great use to me thanx

• File upload

  Can file upload slow down my page loading speed??? considering many users upload files at the same time (100 in my case)....can this slow down my server or am i just assuming....

• issue with grid view

  I use grid view to get data from MYsql server it works in my local host but shows error when uploaded in the host http://orbitce.in/listall.aspx Think i am doing a very basic mistake... Any help ll be greatly appreciated

[/quote] Depending on that error , i think that you forgot to move the latest web.config file to the host.The web.config file on that is currently on the host must have the "final" conenction inside the <Connectionstrings> section. • problem with ie

  My site works fine in firefox n chrome but not in ie(the alignment and font gets disturbed)..... what could be the reason??? www.orbitce.com is my site any help will be greatly appreciated

  The master pages dont seem to work in go daddy(works fine in my localhost thou)....it shows the following error...   This has to be a very very basic question.... i use vwd 2008...in forms i neither user get nor post method ...but use the submit function in the code behind file to to transfer data to my database... though the job is done ...does this method has any advantage or disadvantage... please clarify.....thanx

• validation of view state mac failed

  My web page runs fine both on my local host and remote server....a asked my friend to try that web page and he reported the following error "validation of viewstate mac failed.If application ios hosted on a web farm or a cluster ensure that <machine key> configuration same validation key and algorithm.Autogenerate cannot be used in a cluster" He uses linux os....does this error has anything to do with that at all.... any help ll be appreciated. thanx
