  I tried this and it worked for me. What I basically did was commented out the <pre> tags in the htlm and added three <br/> right before the ending </pre> tags. Works fine and looks good to me.

  so to better understand this, the NotifyEmail can only be set to one user (eg: admin)? If so, what if you have like mutiple people who can sign on beside the admin and assign issues to a people, how would you go about that? what would the NotifyEmail be set to?

  Hey, I've tried it with this code but I'm getting a server error. This is the server error I'm getting. Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'UserId', table 'IT.dbo.IssueTracker_IssueNotifications'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated. it's from App_Code\Code\DAL\SQLDataAccessLayer.cs Line 1878: sqlCmd.Connection = cn; Line 1879: cn.Open(); Line 1880: result = sqlCmd.ExecuteScalar(); Line 1881: } Line 1882: any idea?

• issuenotification.cs not setting notificationEmail

  Hello ... can someone please help me to solve this problem. My issuenotification.cs is not setting the notificationEmail. It's setting the notificationId, issueId, notificationUsername, and notificationDisplayName but not the notificationEmail. I've looked around and havent seen anything. Please, any help would be helpful.
