first time page load. element created dynamically mispositioned Hi there, I don't know even how to call this problem I'm encountering. The scenario is: in the Body there is an empty div called "ImagesContainer". onload of the body I call function that populate the container with images. the symptom: when the page is first time accessed or when "Temporary.." files are deleted the images are mispositioned. after F5(refresh) the Images get set in their correct position. this

SOLVED: How to change the language of the user interface in the Web Admin ASP.Net web site Administration tool (VSWD -> website-> ASP.Net configuration)?
change the "Globaliztion uiCulture" from "auto:en-US" to en-US only (remove the "auto:"). to find the location right click the ASP.Net developement server that fires up when you launch the web site administration tool and check the physical path. That's all.

Re: how to get single value from sqlDataSource?
hi again, I read about the ExecuteScalar(), it actually run a select command... I already have a select string populating SqlDataSource.SelectCommand (Select A,B,C from table where...). this SqlDataSource is populating the gridView.DatasourceID. and than i called the DataBind(); The gridView only displays columns B & C. is there any way to get value of A for a specific row from the GridView or the sqlDataSource objects? many thanks, Eran.

Re: Fromat of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0.
Hi there, who ever you are that got the same problem. I got around this problem by not using the profile/properties variables. Instead I created a global variable via global.asax file i added to my project and added the following: <%@ Application Language="C#" ClassName="myClassName" %> <script runat="server"> public static int iSomeIntVariable; enjoy, Eran.
