• Extending the Tab Container

  I am using the tab container as a data entry device. I would like to display an error message if the user changes tabs and has not saved changes on the current tab. I understand that the current control does not have this functionality, but could be extended per the rewponse below to a previous user with the same issue. • Updatepanel and IE6/IE7

  I am having issues with the updatepanel in IE7. The panel displays fine in IE6, yet does not fully display in IE7. It does not fully extend down the page to reveal the rest of the items on it. I managed to get the panel to display by making IE7 go into QUIRKS mode using the STRICT DTD for XHTML 1.0, but it cause other errors. Anyone know what style sheet changes need to be made to get this to display properly in IE7? Supply email and I can send any supporting documentation
