Deleteing all existing files prior to publishing Web Application but do not delete Uploads folder
Hello, I'm writing ASP.Net applications using VS 2008 SP1. From time to time I want to use the Delete all existing files prior to publish option in the Publish Web dialog box ( Build menu, Publish [web application name] ). However, my application allows the user to upload files (images, documents) that are then stored in a folder, named Uploads , on the web server. When I use the Delete all existing files prior to publish option, the Uploads folder and its contents are deleted. No surprise there
