  Yes, You are right. It is in update panel. and asp.net 3.5 i am using.

  I have implemented in same way and it is working in Fire Fox as well but when I tested in IE6 "Version:6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_qfe.080814-1242" then its doesn't work. It is giving me this javascript error message when I drag and drop the webparts " Download of the specified resource has failed"".

  I have ran your example http://www.whatithinkabout.net/tutorials/part1/default.aspx in Multiple IE in version 6 and it is not working.

  Can you try in "Version:6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_qfe.080814-1242" or you can download multiple IE from "http://tredosoft.com/Multiple_IE" ...?

  Hi All, I am having a problem to add dynamically webpart. It is adding right on first time and drag and drop is nice but when I come again on that page again and page load call again. Now this time the webparts are adding duplicate.   Thanks for the link. It is good solution but I am having a problem with Webpart ID. It is all time generating the Random ID. And I am not able to fix that.
