  Hi, I am using a cascade dropdown list in a gridview. I am adding rows to grid dynamicaly upon user request. But when I select something from dropdown and click on add button, the selectedvalue of the dropdown doesn't stay, the index moves again to '0'. Please let me know how can have the selected index of the cascade dropdown when user clicks add to add a row to the grid view. TIA!!

  Hi, I am using three drop downs in a grid view, I am using Ajax control cascasedropdownlist to display ddl items. I have a add button in the footer which adds additional rows if the user needer.   Hi, Ina gridview I have a dropdownlist which popluates prices in a texbox. On dropdown_selectchange, I want to sum text box values into another textbox which is either in footer or outside the grid.

  Since I have both textbox and dropdownlist in the gridview, I cannot apply the way you told me. In the dropdown_selectindexchange, i cannnot add values like value = value1+value2+....... where as I have to append in a way like value += textbox.text;which i am not getting

• Validations inside a grid view

  Hi, I have 3 dropdowns in a gridview, I would like to validates them in such a way that if dropdowns in one of the rows is selected its fine. And also I want to populate a dropdown value in another gridview. Any thoughts would be appreciated. TIA !!

• Populating values of a dropdown 2 when dropdown 1 is selected

  Hi, I have 3 dropdowns, dropdown 2 should be populated when dropdown 1 is selected. And Dropdown 3 is populated when drodown 2 is selected. Now I have done some thing like this in the pas but here I have 10 items in ddl 1 , 6 in ddl 2 and 13 in ddl 3. For the 10 items the values in ddl 2 and ddl 3 varies. Like if I select Apple in ddl1 , ddl 2 poplates color red , green ddl3 poulates size of an apple and if I selected orange in ddl3 , ddl2 populates color yellow and it doesn't show colors of
