Re: Properties losing value, when panel switches in MultiView
Found the best way for me to do this was to use session state, and save the class in a session.

Re: Add/Remove programs says .Net 3.5 Framework SP1 installed but VS 2005 is not Using it.
Yes I am using the AJAX 1.0 Exentsions, and would like to upgrade to new extensions, but I believe that requires the 3.5 Framework. I am also using VB not C#.

Add/Remove programs says .Net 3.5 Framework SP1 installed but VS 2005 is not Using it.
Hello everyone, I am Using Visual Studio 2005 Professional and have recently been using .Net 2.0 Framework. However, I would like upgrade the Framework to .NET 3.5. I have downloaded and stalled .Net 3.5 Framework SP1, but when I go to the About Visual Studio under the help menu it lists Version 2.0.50727 SP2, instead of the new .NET 3.5. Any suggestions?

Re: Properties losing value, when panel switches in MultiView
sorry for the long wait to reply, but I have tried testing for postback upon assigning the values to the properties, but that does not work. Instead the page is then scene as a postback even the first time it is run, and so it will never save the values in the text boxes.

Re: Properties losing value, when panel switches in MultiView
well I found why this was occuring was because the partial class "aacess_Referral_AddReferral" is created each time the view changes. And when this happens a new "NewIReferral" object instance is created, thus saving the data to a different instance of the NewIReferral object after each view is displayed. The only thing is that the ASP.NET Page only uses this partial class as part of the inherits property in the <%@ Page Language="VB" MasterPageFile="~/masterpages

Properties losing value, when panel switches in MultiView
I have a first MultiView setup for a user to enter personal information such as Name, address, City State etc... This information in the first panel of the multi view is then set to save this information into corresponding properties within a class called IReferral. I also have an Object Data Source which calls a function from this class that returns a structure which populates the structure, and the ODS then populates a formview which uses read only properties to read the information from the structure

Re: Is there a way to use FormView without a SQL Datasource
Do the Eval parmaters have to be same case and format as written in the Datasource, and does the formview have to have datakeynames assigned the same way as well?
