  No these problems relate to Virtuozzo 3.5.1. We ditched Plesk a long long time ago for Dot Net Panel (the best thing we have ever done). In the future I think we are only going to be offering Virtuozzo 4.x with clustering failover to avoid this issue. No more cheap hosting. Well that policy changed quite awhile back but now we are really going to push it. Thanks for your support though.
