• Insertion with Child table

  suppose if i have 2 table called Order and OrderProducts,with OrderProduct table having OrderID and Multiple entry in orderProduct. how can insert OrderID(this is a identity field) from Order,then insert that to the orderProduct by using LINQtoSQL? and i am using 2 class for Order and OrderProduct i need to rollback the order if error comes in any OrderProduct?   i have managed that in this way. but in that for row it will be trigger that event isn't it? that can be avoided isn't it? mathew

  i am not using database to bind the grid. i just add that to C# datatable while submitting a button and then dispalying that in the gridview it also shows the time in the field mathew

  i have grid view boundField that is bound to datetime object and added HtmlEncode ="false" and DataFormatString ="{0:MM-dd-yyyy}" but still i an getting time in the grid < asp : BoundField DataField ="CheckInDate" HeaderText ="Check In" HtmlEncode ="false" DataFormatString ="{0:MM-dd-yyyy}" > Please Help thax in advance mathew

  If i using TransactionScope and i used "ctx.SubmitChanges();" what happen when i roll back the transaction?
